These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Nayrah Awards website (nayrah.co.uk) and your participation in the Nayrah Awards programme. By accessing this website or submitting a nomination, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
The Nayrah Awards is operated by Elva Global Ltd, registered in England & Wales (Company No. 16817561) ("we", "us", "our").
By submitting a nomination, you confirm that:
We reserve the right to disqualify any nomination that we determine to be fraudulent, inaccurate, or in breach of these Terms.
The Nayrah Awards 2026 is open to women working or living in Scotland. Nominees must be individuals (not organisations). Both self-nominations and third-party nominations are accepted. Nominations are free to submit.
Employees and directors of Elva Global Ltd, members of the judging panel, and their immediate family members are not eligible to be nominated.
All nominations will be reviewed by our organising team and a shortlist will be prepared for the independent judging panel. Decisions made by the judging panel are final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding individual outcomes.
We reserve the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any award category at any time.
By submitting a nomination, you agree that we may use the nominee's name and details for promotional purposes in connection with the Nayrah Awards, including on our website and social media channels. Where a nominee is a finalist or winner, their name, photograph, and a summary of their achievement may be published. We will seek consent from nominees before publishing photographs.
Ticket purchases are subject to availability. All ticket sales are final; refunds will only be issued at our discretion. We reserve the right to change the venue, format, or date of the gala. In the event of a significant change, ticket holders will be notified and offered appropriate remedies.

Sponsorship arrangements are subject to a separate agreement between the sponsor and Elva Global Ltd. These Terms do not constitute a sponsorship agreement. For enquiries, contact sponsorship@nayrah.co.uk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elva Global Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or participation in the Nayrah Awards. Our total liability to you shall not exceed £100.
